Post-metal ("Despondent"), Zappa-esque avantgarde ("Krazy Karl")... now experimental hip hop on "Drool"... what kind of music could be outside the reach of this ingenious guy? And it's not that he does everything so-so, just for the sake of demonstrating silly versatility. He's got a unique style in each genre he occupies, and strives towards perfection. These three albums together are one of the most pleasant surprises I've experienced this year so far. And there are still some more out there. Sven B. Schreiber
